        Authorize Benefit Request and Distribute Information

• Authorize New Employee Enrollment

• Send Benefits Enrollment Specification to Provider

• Send Benefits Enrollment Specification to Payroll

• Send Benefits Enrollment Specification to Employee

The Benefits Administration process needs the following basic data.

            Basic Data Requirements

• Benefit Provider
• Benefit Plan Category (optional)
• Option List
• Qualifying Events (only when using the employee self-service concept)

    The plan administrator enters and maintains the basic data.
