Usage

Use this wizard to enter requests for new or changed enrollments. The request will be processed by the plan administrator and must be authorized before it updates your current benefit plan enrollment. Using the wizard, you can request for a new benefit plan, change from one option to another, end a plan, extend a plan, change the amount or percentage, or change the dependents connected to a plan.

You have to set the request in the Confirmed status, before it becomes available to the plan administrator. When you click Finish, you will end up in the My Benefit Plans page where you can confirm the requests.
