Create Fabrication Types

Explanation

This activity is used to create a fabrication type that will be used on additional parts for a design object. The fabrication type will be used to describe how the additional parts, which will become the materials of a shop order requirement demand, are being utilized during the prefabrication process. Some fabrication types are cutting, folding, welding and machining, among others. The fabrication type can also be selected and specified when creating a shop order, making it possible to exclude additional parts as material requirements in a shop order if the fabrication type of the additional part does not match the fabrication type of the shop order being created.
