Link Absence Periods to Wage Codes

Explanation

This activity is used to link absence periods defined for absence groups and absence types to information wage codes. When absence is registered using the Absence window, corresponding records will be created in Time Card Day/Result tab using the information wage codes linked to the relevant period.

Note:
Absence groups and absence types are divided into periods in the Absence Configuration/Absence Group Divide Definition tab and the Absence Configuration/Absence Type Divide Definition tab respectively.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence Period Type Mapping window and create a new record.
  2. In the Absence Period Type field, enter the absence group period defined in the Absence Configuration/Absence Period Definition tab.
  3. Enter the wage class and the information wage code in the relevant fields.
  4. Save the information.
