Use this tab to modify or enter additional details for absence groups already created using the Absence Configuration/Absence Groups window. Absence groups will define a particular category of absence such as annual holidays etc. used in the company. Absence types can be created for each absence group which are used when registering absence for employees. These absence groups and types can later be used in the Absence window to define the amount of allocated absence (absence limit) for each employee.
This tab is accessible by clicking on the absence group in the tree navigator. Therefore, the absence group should already be defined in the Absence Configuration/Absence Groups window. You can also create new absence groups using this tab.
