This tab is used to view how absences for statutory sick pay (SSP) is registered for the employee. Statutory sick pay applies to absence types only if the SSP function type has been used for the divide definition of the absence type in the Absence Configuration window. The rolling year for statutory sick pay is the period for which continuous statutory sick pay absence is calculated. When employee registers absence using an absence type with statutory sick pay, the rolling year for statutory sick pay for the employee begins. The divide definition of the absence type will specify how the start date of the rolling year should be determined as well as the maximum gap that is allowed between two absence periods for the rolling year to continue uninterrupted.
Information is available in this tab only if the employee has registered absence using a statutory sick pay absence type. Limits for absence types with statutory sick pay are automatically generated and is displayed in this tab when the employee registers absence.
