Competency Profiles
Usage
Use the Competency Profiles window to enter, change, and view basic information about the profiles. This window gives an overview of several profiles at once. A matching Profile is useful when you need to match parameters other than those that exist in the items Job or Employee. It can also be used for simple searches that match only one or very few parameters.
The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:
Competency Profile Specification... - Use this function to open the Competency Profile Specification window for the specified Profile ID.
Find Employee... - Use this function to open the Matching Engine window for the specified Profile ID, in which you can find employees who meet the qualifications.
