Usage

Use this window to view all the Competency Groups that have been defined. Competencies can be classified into groups, such as Technical, General, Administrative, Cultural, and Professional Qualities. The number and level of groups should be considered carefully, as it is hard to change after you have linked elements, scales, and levels to the groups.

You can add, modify, or delete a record in this window table only if the current active company selected the Master for Competency Structure check box in the Company Details window. Otherwise, you can only query the existing data.

In the case of a single company (only one company existing in the system), entering new data in this window will automatically insert it to in the Company Competency Groups window. Conversely, deleting the existing data in this window will automatically remove it from Company Competency Groups, as long as the data is not being used in other windows.
