Usage

Use this page to find and identify a person with certain skills.

Select a competency group and competence element from the List of Values. You can search for as many as three competencies at one time. The competencies that are available to use are those that have been assigned Public status in the Human Resources Planning / Competence Requirement / Competence Structure window. Using the Minimum Level is optional; if you do not define a minimum level, all employees with the competence will be listed, regardless of their level. The list displays all employees who have the specified competencies, in descending order based on total competency points.
