Usage

Use this tab to maintain information about document titles. When entering a new document title, a document revision with a default revision of that document title is automatically created (default revision letter is retrieved from Basic Data). You can override the default revision by specifying a new revision. A document title cannot be deleted if it has more than one document revision, but a document title will be automatically deleted if the document revisions belonging to are deleted. This page can be used to edit a document title's details, assuming these conditions are met: 

• You have edit access (as defined in the Document Info/Access tab), to at least one document revision connected to the document title. 
• If the document title has at least one released or approved issue, editing is allowed only if the default variable UPD_APPR_OR_REL_ALLOWED has a value of Y. This variable is defined in the Basic Data - Various Settings/Def. Values tab.

A document can be set as a structure document by selecting the Structure check box.
