Overtime for Compensatory Time

Usage

Use this window to register the transfer from overtime cash to overtime saved. An employee who works overtime can decide what kind of overtime pay he/she will receive: either a cash payment or saved time. In the day type, you use the wage codes that give cash payment for overtime intervals. When an employee requests time, the calculation exchanges the cash wage codes for the compensation wage codes registered in the translation table available in this window.

The following options are available from either the Operations menu or the right mouse button menu:

Change Company... - Use this option to change the active company in the system. A dialog box appears from which you can select the available company to be activated.
Change Wage Class... - Use this option to change the active Wage Class in the system. A dialog box in which you can select the available Wage Class to be activated will appear. A dialog box appears from which you can select the Wage Class to be activated.
