Use this tab to set up conditions for work-time compliance comparisons,
i.e., the rules used when comparing schedules, employee schedules, and registered
work-time against work-time and rest-time regulations applicable to the
organization. The contents of the rule are governed by work-time regulations, e.g.,
in the European Working Time Directive, national work-time legislation,
collective, or other agreements.
If different work-time regulations apply to employees in the organization, you
need to create several compliance rules. For example, you might need one rule for
employees working under normal conditions, one for night time workers, and one
rule that holds the rules applicable to employees working under extreme
conditions.
