Enter Customer (WO Quotation)

Explanation

Use this activity to link a customer to a work order quotation.

Prerequisites

Before the customer information is linked to the work order quotation, the following must have been completed:

• The customer information must exist in Customer. 
• The current work order quotation must be retrieved in the window.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the customer is linked to the work order quotation.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to link a customer to a work order quotation:

1. Select the Customer tab.
2. In the Customer No. field, use List of Values to select a suitable value. The customer information is then displayed in the tab.
3. Save the information for the work order quotation.

Note! You can modify the customer information by using the Customer operation. This opens Enterprise/Customer/Customer.
