View Work Order Structure (Graphical)
Explanation
Use this activity to view
whether or not a work order has an underlying
work order structure. If a work order is PM-generated, any
existing structure of the preventive maintenance action will be copied together with the
superior work order.
Prerequisites
Before the structure is displayed, the following must
have been completed:
- The superior work order must exist in the
system.
System Effects
The structure, if any, is displayed in the
window. You can connect one or several existing work orders to the work order.
You can also create a completely new work order and connect it to the work
order.

Procedure
Use the following procedure to display the structure:
- In
Prepare Work Order find the
work order that is the superior work order.
- Select the Work Order Structure operation. This causes
the
Work Order Structure window to be opened. The connected work
orders, if any, are displayed in the left part of the window.
Note: You can also open the Work
Order Structure window directly from the IFS/Navigator. The left part of the window shows
all work orders that are included in structures.
