Set Work Order Off Hold
Explanation
This activity is used to set a mobile work order off hold. This is done when you
need to start your work after the break. When the work order is set off hold,
the clock is restarted for the work and a corresponding time transaction is
created automatically on the work order.
Prerequisites
- The work order should exist on the mobile device running IFS Mobile Work
Order.
- The work order should be set on hold.
- For automatic time transaction creation (if this is set up in the
security configuration), a default craft and a default travel craft should be
defined for the employee/mobile user.
System Effects
- All actions which are valid for a work order in the Started
status can be carried out on the work order.
- If the work order was previously on route, the automatic travel time
transaction (if this is set up in the security configuration) is created on
the work order.
- If the work order was started, the automatic work time transaction (if
this is set up in the security configuration) is created on the work order.
- A journal entry is created on the mobile work order.
