Acknowledge Route Action
Explanation
This activity is used to view or update the actions that are associated with
a route work order. You can define whether a route, e.g., inspection or
cleaning, is completed or not completed. You can also enter any measurements that were recorded during completion of
the action, provided that parameters and test points are defined for the
corresponding object.
Prerequisites
- The route work order should exist on the mobile device running IFS Mobile Work
Order.
- At the minimum, the route work order should be accepted by the mobile user.
System Effects
- The actions on the route work order are reviewed and updated
accordingly.
- Object measurements are updated with the latest values.
Window
The mobile device on which IFS Mobile Work Order is installed.

Procedure
- On the Home Screen, tap Work Orders.
- Tap on the the route work order for which you wish to review or update
route actions and then tap Next.
- Tap the arrows in the header to navigate to the relevant route action.
- Tap Complete or Not Complete and then tap Save.
- Observe that the status of the route action is changed to Completed
or Not Completed.
- Optionally, enter an inspection note.
- Optionally, tap Measures to enter any values recorded during measurement. For
