Use this step of the Change Maintenance Program On Serial assistant to enter maintenance program information for serials in the selected structure. The spread options can be used to enter and/or extend the maintenance program information to the serials in the structure. The following options are available for entering and extending the maintenance program information:
Click Spread to extend the maintenance program information to the listed serials. The information will not be saved to the database and can be adjusted, if necessary. Once this is done click Save to save the maintenance program information for the serials. If you want to extend and save the information directly, i.e., no adjustments are required, click Spread and Save. When a serial is updated with the maintenance program information, the record will be removed automatically from the table.
