Using Print Manager

[Using IFS Enterprise Explorer Clients] [Extracting Information in IFS Enterprise Explorer] [To Extracting Information in Enterprise Explorer]

Explanation

The Print Manager is used to track print jobs. A print job is a request to print a set of reports. When you place a report order, a matching print job is automatically created when the reports are completed. However, you can create print jobs manually by selecting a set of reports in the Archived Reports and choosing the Print operation.

Note: A new job is only created in the Print Manager if a report is printed in the background through the report formatter. If a report is printed directly to a local printer no corresponding print job will be created.
