Register Employee Training Plan

Explanation

You can register an employee in Employee Training Plan in two ways:

1. Register it directly in Employee Training Plan.

2. Use Include All Courses in Employee Training Plan or Include Selected Courses in Employee Training Plan in Competency Based Training form (right mouse button pop-up menu). Via this function, the system will open the Employee Training Plan window for the specified courses.

Prerequisites

Before you can use this function, you have to register the Course ID

System Effects

As a result of this entry, the system will open Employee Training Plan in which you can register the employee you want to provide a training plan, including the specified courses.

Procedure

Registering from Employee Training Plan:

  1. Select New.
  2. Specify the Course ID, Company ID, Emp No, and Planned Date fields. The other fields are optional.
  3. Save the information you have entered.

Registering from Job Based Training:

  1. Click the right mouse button and choose whether you want to Include Selected Courses in Employee Training Plan (highlight the selected courses you want to register), the system will copy all required courses into Employee Training Plan.
  2. The system will open Employee Training Plan for the specified courses, in which you can register the employee.
  3. Save the information you have entered.
