Link Employee to Time Base for Time Management

Explanation

Use this function to link an employee to a time base. A time base is the number of hours the employee needs to account for, either by registering job-related time or by absence. In all cases, the employee must have an assigned schedule. If Automatic insert of normal hours is used as the time base, employees should make In-clockings and Out-clockings in IFS/Time & Attendance, then follow standard registration functionality in IFS/Time Management. If Clocking controlled wage hours is used as time base, employees must make their In-clockings and Out-clockings in IFS/Time & Attendance, then follow standard registration functionality in IFS/Time Management. These clockings are not necessary if Job hour controlled wage hour is used as a time base.

  1. Select New.
  2. Use the List of Values to select an Employee.
  3. Use the List of Values to select a Work Hour Rule.
  4. Select Save.
