Define Calendar Template Availability

Explanation

This activity is used to define who can use the calendar template settings. It implies only access to colors and layering, not employee access.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a team calendar template has to be created.

As a result of this activity, the list of persons who can access the template will be determined.

Procedure

  1. Open the Team Calendar Setup window.
  2. Search or populate for the relevant template ID.
  3. If you want to make the template available to all employees, select the Available To All check box, located in the header and go to step 6.If not, go to step 4.
  4. To precisely determine which persons will be able to use the template, go the the Availability tab and add new records.
  5. In the Person ID field, enter the identifier of a person who will have access to the template.
  6. Save your changes.
