Create Team Calendar Template

Explanation

Use this activity to create a new calendar template. This template will be used by the Team Calendar widow to display wage codes and absences of employees.
Templates determine what wage code and absence information are shown and how they are presented.

There are no prerequisites.

As a result of this activity, a team calendar template will be registered in the system.

Procedure

  1. Open the Team Calendar Setup window and add a new record.
  2. In the Template ID field, enter a unique identifier for the template.
  3. In the Template Name field, enter the name for the template.
  4. Select the Default check box to make this template suggested by default to all calendar users.
  5. Save your changes.
