Create Contract Numbering

Explanation

This activity is used to create contract numbering rules. Classifying sub contracts may differ from customer to customer, therefore this feature is used to create contract numbering rules to group similar contracts.

Procedure

1. Open the Sub Contract Basic Data window.
2. Click the Contract Numbering tab and create a new record (F5).
3. Enter desired values in the given fields. Note that a company, start and end values are required to be entered.
4. Save the information (F12).
