Show Document Substructure in Overview 

Explanation

Use this activity to show a document's substructure in the Document Revisions window. You can display an entire substructure of documents and then run file operations on those documents.

System Effects

The selected document and all of its subdocuments are displayed in the Document Revisions window. If the selected document does not have subdocuments, only the selected document is displayed.

Procedure

1. Open the Document Revision window or the Document Revisions window.
2. Query for a document in the Document Revision window or in the Document Revisions window. 
3. Right click (in the Document Revisions window, first select the row), point to Document Structure, and then click Show In Overview to display documents in the Document Revisions window.

If this activity is performed from the Document Revision window, the Document Revisions window is opened and the document(s) are displayed in it.
