Update Price on Matched Order Line from Self-Billing

Explanation

This activity is used to update the price on a customer order line that has not yet been invoiced. You can also update the price for several matched self-billing lines, provided that the lines are not matched to the same customer order line. You cannot update the price if the matched line has the Price Freeze check box selected or any discounts are connected.

To update the new price on the order line, you must first change the matched self-billing line price with the customer reported self-billing invoice price. Thereafter, you can proceed to update the price on the customer order line.

Prerequisites

There must be at least one matched or added line on the Customer Self-Billing Invoice.

Procedure

  1. In the Customer Self-Billing Invoice window, select the matched self-billing lines to update the price. Right-click on the selected lines and then click Update Price on Matched Order Line.
  2. To confirm the update process, click OK.
  3. To cancel the update process, click Cancel.
