Use this window to create, modify and view the mitigating actions defined for a chosen risk analysis and response. Information about the risk actions can be viewed or modified, and the status of the actions can be changed in this window. You cannot create a new action or modify existing action records if the risk analysis has the Closed status.
From this window you can navigate to the Risk Action window. To achieve this, highlight one or more required rows, right-click and the select the Risk Action menu option.
