Recruitment

In the Recruitment process, you can handle any information about new applicants and specify which criteria for the applicants should be employed. In this module you register and manage employee requisitions, applicant information, job advertisements, job candidates, selection processes, appointment of candidates to positions, etc.

 

Recruitment mainly consists of the processes Request New Employee, Plan Recruitment Process, Advertise Job Opportunity, Receive Application Letter, and Perform Selection Process. Recruitment is most often used in combination with the Strategic HR Base function.
