Define Requisition Recruitment Errands
Explanation
This activity is used to define a recruitment errand (e.g., write
advertisement, handle applications), which will be used to
verify a personnel requisition.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity:
- Personnel Requisition No has to be
registered and its status has to be set to Confirmed or Approved.
Otherwise, the Recruitment Errands tab will be inactive.\
- Recruitment errands have to be defined in the Recruitment
Standards window, on the Standard Recruitment Errands
tab.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a recruitment errand will be defined for a
personnel requisition.

Personnel Requisition/Recruitment Errands
Procedure
- Open the Personnel Requisition window.
- Search or populate to find a relevant personnel requisition.
- On the Recruitment Errands tab, add a new record.
- In the Standard Recruitment Errand field, select a recruitment
errand that has to be performed, e.g., Handling Applications, Selection,
Matching, Publishing Advertisements.
- In the Planned Due Date field, enter the date on which errand
should be performed.
- Select the Performed Internally check box, if the errand is to be
performed internally.
Note: If the check box is selected, you will be able to
specify the person who will perform the errand.
- In the To be Performed By field, enter the ID of a person who
will be responsible for the errand.
Note: If the Performed Internally check box is cleared,
you will be unable to select a person.
- In the Actual Date field, you can enter the date on which the
errand was actually performed.
- In the Performed By field, you can enter a person who
actually performed the task.
- If you have any remarks about the selection step, enter them in the
Remark field.
- Save the changes.
