Decline Candidate

Explanation

In the recruitment process, a company may have to decline candidates who do not meet the company qualifications or do not pass the selection process. A candidate may be declined by using the Decline function in the right mouse button menu.

Before you can use this function, the following must have been completed:

System Effects

As a result of this function, the status of the selected candidates will be set to Declined, which means that the candidate will not be considered for any positions in the company and their records are waiting to be purged.

Procedure

  1. Select the items that need to be generated by highlighting them.
  2. Activate the pop-up menu by using the right mouse button and clicking Decline.
  3. The system changes the status of the selected items to Decline.
