Recommended Selection Process Plan
Usage
Use this window to define the schedule of the
recommended selection process that will be used to verify a personnel recruitment. This
table becomes the summary of
Personnel Requisition/ Recommended Selection Process
Plan.
The following options are available via the
Operations menu or the right mouse button:
- Complete - Changes the status
from Planned (the default value for newly entered Selection Process Plans)
to Completed.
- Cancel - Changes the recruitment errand
status from Planned (the default value for newly entered Selection Process
Plans) to Canceled.
- Personnel Requisition... - Opens the
Personnel Requisition/
Recommended Selection Process
Plan for the specified Personnel
Requisition No.
- Generate Invitation for Selection Process Document - Opens the provided Microsoft Word document template. Since different recruitment
sources (internal and external) may have different letter templates, the system
automatically identifies whether the letter is for an external or an internal applicant
based on the Recruitment Source. This function will be enabled only under the following
conditions: Personnel Requisition Status = Approved; Candidate Status =
Nominated; and
Recommended Selection Process Status = Planned
Note: The system provides the document template for the
Job Candidate Appointment Letter or you can create your own document template. You can
arrange the changes by using the Properties function in the Word Document window
tab.
