Usage

Use this window to define and view an overall list of the available job opportunities. You cannot change or add anything in this window if a Job Opportunity Ref Number is set to Obsolete.

Limit the number of applicant IDs shown in the window by selecting items from the Saved Queries list box.

The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:

• Decline - Changes the status of a job candidate from Nominated to Declined when the applicant is not accepted.
Job Candidate. - Opens the Job Candidate window for a selected Ref No.
• Appoint Candidate. - Opens the Candidate Appointment window to change the status from Nominated to Appointed.
• Generate Document - Opens a new window in which the available Microsoft Word document templates are displayed.  

Note: The system provides a number of document templates you can use for different activities in the recruitment process such as an Invitation for Selection, a Job Candidate Appointment letter, and a Job Declining Candidate letter. You define when the different documents should be used, and you can also modify the templates or create your own document templates using the Word Template Definition window.
