Usage

Use this tab window to view and register general information about additional employees. This window also includes read-only fields, which are automatically displayed by the system.

This window is similar to Personnel Requisitions. The difference is that the information in the General tab is displayed as a form window.

Note: When you save information in this General tab window, the system automatically sends an e-mail message notifying the Recruitment Officer of the Personnel Requisition.

The following options are available via the Operations menu or the right mouse button:

• Return - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Confirmed to Prepared. Prepared is the default for a newly entered Personnel Requisition.
• Confirm - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Prepared (the default for a newly entered Personnel Requisition) to Confirmed.
• Approve - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Confirmed to Approved.
• Reject - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Confirmed to Rejected.
• Cancel - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Confirmed to Canceled.
• Fulfill - Changes the status of the Personnel Requisition from Approved to Fulfilled.
