Job Opportunity Advertisement

[Recruitment]

Usage

Use this window to register and describe a job opportunity advertisement. An advertisement is created based on the selected Personnel Requisition that has been approved. It is used to attract job applicants.

This is not a mandatory process, since a user has the ability to find job candidates among employees and existing applicant information. Also, incoming application letters might not specify to which Job Opportunity they are responding. Hence, it will not be used as the control for the next recruitment processes.

It can be used to measure effectiveness and cost of job advertisements. The information on Last Date to Accept Applicant can also be used as a time indicator to decline late application letters and to start the selection process.

The following options are available via the the right mouse button menu:

Note: IFS Applications provides a number of document templates you can use for different activities in the recruitment process such as an Invitation for Selection, a Job Candidate Appointment letter, and a Job Declining Candidate letter. You define when the different documents should be used, and you can also modify the templates or create your own document templates using the Word Template Definition window.

Note: If you want the Job Opportunity to be shown in the web application, the following settings must be fulfilled:
