Use this window to create a copy of an existing Control Plan. If you change the Responsible Person or Phase In Date or Phase Out Date fields but do not change the control plan number, your copy will have the same control plan number with a new revision number. If you change the Site, Part No, Part Revision, or Supplier No fields you must give a new control plan number.
