Use this window to create a Control Plan checklist that will be associated with a specific Control Plan. The checklist can also be used for a specific Control Plan if you add questions that are specific to that Control Plan.
After a question has been answered, you can select the check box to show others that the item has been completed. You can make changes to the list only if the Control Plan header is in the Created status. You must check all questions before changing the status of the Control Plan to Active. If only some questions have been checked, the status will be set to Partly Approved. If all questions are deleted from a checklist, the status will change to Not Exist.
