Connect Report Code to Activity

Explanation

Use this function to connect a Report Code to an Activity. The connected Report Codes in this window will be the only Report Codes that employees are able to use for reporting.

You can also use the Add Valid Report Codes wizard. You can read more about this wizard here.

Prerequisites

Before connecting the Report Codes, they must be registered in Report Codes/Report Codes

System Effects

As a result of this entry, it is possible to start registering time and costs on the Report Codes.

Procedure

Select New.
Use List of Values to select between the Available Report Codes.
Enter Validity Dates for the Report Code connection.
Select if the Report Code should be Invoiceable or not on this activity.
Select Save
