Use this window to manually spread and verify it per month. The load hours per month have to be manually entered into the table and the result is immediately shown in the graph.
The window shows the consumption of a resource row between its start and end dates. If the resource forecast work starts or ends in the middle of a month, only the part of the month within the start and end dates is shown.
The information displayed is the resource usage spread across all the months available according to the calendar for the resource group. You can scroll through the entire period and view the resource allocation changes. This is useful to identify over allocated resources as you add resource connections to your project.
The bar shown for each month is the usage allocated for the month on the X-axis based on the selected row.
The normal capacity limit defined for each month for the resource group is displayed as a line in the graph. This shows you how your estimated resource usage relates to available resources.
