Update DOP Header Quantity Demand

Explanation

Use this activity to modify the quantity of a DOP header when an alarm exists for a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order line. This activity automatically performs the same actions as the Update Top Level Quantity right mouse button option for the DOP header. 

Prerequisites

• The DOP header must have been connected to only one customer order line.
• An alarm must exist due to a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order line. 

System Effects

• Any existing alarms for a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged customer order line will be resolved.
• The quantity will be updated on the DOP header.
• The quantity of the top DOP order will be updated and the user has the option to indicate whether to update the quantity for any existing supply orders.

Procedure

1. Click the Alarm tab in the DOP Header window  .
2. Select the alarm line to be solved, right-click and then click Update DOP Header Qty Demand.
