Position - Access Setup/Access Result Table

Organization Administration

Usage

Use this tab to display every access relation between a pair of positions.

To understand how this tab functions, you need to know the following concepts:

This tab translates position access configured in the Access Definition tab into specific access relations. While a single record defined in the Access Definition tab can grant access to hundreds of positions, Access Result Table displays every single connection separately, including information about the validity periods and the access role.

Example:
A supervising position is granted access to a position with 9 subordinate positions, and the Access All Subordinate Positions check box is selected. This creates 10 records on the Access Result Table tab, one record for every position that now has a supervisor.
