Usage

Use this tab to define part service contracts for a customer by defining appropriate service types for the part. It is possible to define the part no for which the service contract line should be valid in the Repair Part area and the service type for the part linked to the service contract line in the Execution area.

This tab can be used to define information used for pricing in the Component Repair Order (CRO) flow. It can be used for all the CRO repair order types; Work Order, Repair Shop Order, Disposition Shop Order and External Service Order. This tab contains the detailed view per part service line where you can enter information related to:

• Execution details - default values that will be inherited by the work order, i.e., maintenance organization.
• Invoicing options - determine how the part service line should be invoiced. For more information refer to the online help document: Service Contract.
