Use this window to enter information on the freight map. A set of zone definitions is called a freight map. A zone is an area or a region distinguished from adjacent zones geographically in order to calculate freight rates. All customers whose delivery addresses belong to a single zone will have the same freight rate irrespective of the distance from the supplier site's location. There will be different maps for different ship-via methods, i.e. the distance can be handled differently in air transport and road transport.
For the description of each tab in the window, follow the appropriate link: General, Valid for Sites, Valid for Suppliers.
