Create/Modify Resource Breaks
Explanation
This activity is used to create or modify a resource break. Resource breaks
are taken into account only when orders are scheduled using Constraint Based Scheduling (CBS), not when using the Shop Order
Infinite Scheduler.
Prerequisites
This activity requires the existence of a site to which you can connect the resource
break. Furthermore, you must have defined the resource to which the resource break
applies.
System Effects
- If you create a new resource break, it will be in Proposed state.
It cannot be loaded to the Advanced Planning Board (APB) while it is in this state.
- If you modify an existing resource break which is in Approved or
Scheduled state, its state changes to Unscheduled.
