Explanation

Use this activity to define the required posting control information to be able to use a fixed asset rotable part pool.

Prerequisites

• A code part to be used for fixed assets accounting must be in Define Code String window.

Procedure

1. Create a new record.
2. In the Posting Type field, select the M151 posting type from the List of Values.
3. In the Code Part Name field, use the List of Values to select the code part that has been defined to be used for fixed assets accounting.
4. In the Control Type field, use the List of Values to select the AC2 control type.
5. Save when complete.
