Copy Zones and Access Panels
Explanation
This activity is used to copy zones, access panels and/or access panels per
zone from one product model to another. The purpose of this activity is to ease
the registration of zones and access panels.
Prerequisites
- The product models must be defined.
- Zones per product model must be defined.
- Access panels per product model must be defined.
- Access panels per zone must be defined.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, zones and access panels are copied to another
product model.

Copy Zones and Access Panels
Procedure
The Copy Zones and Access Panels dialog box can be opened from
any one of the following tabs:
- Instruction Basic Data/Zones per Product Model
- Instruction Basic Data/Access Panels per Product Model
- Instruction Basic Data/Access Panels per Zone
- Function Structure Navigator/Zones
- Function Structure Navigator/Access Panels
- In the From Product Number and From Model Number fields,
the product model from which data is to be copied appears by default.
- In the To Product Number field, enter the product to which data
is to be copied. Click List to select a valid value.
- In the To Model Number field, enter the desired product model.
Click List to select a valid value.
- In the Copy Options area, select the check box indicating the
data you want copied.
- Click OK.
