Create Segments

Explanation

This activity is used to create a segment that holds the attributes and their values for a specific part of a linear asset.

Prerequisites

A linear asset to which the segment will be connected to should exist.

A segment is created.

Procedure

1. Open the Linear Asset window and query for the relevant record.
2. Click the Segments tab.
3. Enter values in the Segment ID, Start Point and End Point fields.
4. Enter values in the other fields as required.
5. Save the record.
