Increase the number of repairs for a Life Limited Serial
Explanation
This activity is used to increase and/or decrease the number of repairs that
have a impact on the life of a LLP (Life Limited Part) serial. This is usually done after a
maintenance task has been completed, and when the task was of such severity
that it has impact on the life of the serial.
If too many repairs have been logged, you can decrease the number of repairs
as shown in this activity.
Prerequisites
A LLP serial must exist.
System Effects
- The number of repairs registered on the serial will be increased (or
decreased), and will have an impact on the remaining life of the serial.
- The due calculation for life limited parts will run automatically for
the serial to calculate due dates and values.
