After the Gap analysis is completed, you can view the results.
The Analysis Result tab views all details for each employee and can be used to export the information to a 3:rd party tool, such as Excel.
The other result tabs contain the same aggregated information grouped in different ways.
The common fields are:
- Total Employees: Number of employees for the particular grouping.
- Total Emp with Development Need: The number of employees who require additional
instruction for the position.
- Total Emp with Incomplete Assessment: The number of employees who are lacking one
element in the required competencies.
- Point Gap High: The greatest difference in competency level between the employee and the
comparison group. If no employees exceed this difference, this value could be a negative
number.
- Point Gap Low: The lowest level of employee competency. If all employees exceed this
difference, this value could be a positive number.
- Point Gap Average: The average gap for all employees.
- Point Gap Pct Average: The relative average percentage gap for all employees. Calculated
against the highest point on the competency scale.
- Total Emp Assessed: Number of employees for the particular grouping and specific
competency element.
- Total Emp with Development Need: The number of employees who require development.
