Procedure

Use the following procedure to define the code part:

1. Open Define Code String and find the code parts.
2. Enter an optional name in the Internal Name field for the code part that is to be used for the counter part.
3. Specify "Yes" in the Code Used field.
4. Specify the Logical Code Part field, if appropriate.
5. Enter the maximal number of characters.
6. Enter a description in the Description field.
7. Save the information.
