Use this window to enter, view and modify transaction reasons that are used to record transactions relating to fixed asset objects, and to specify the reason why depreciation parameters of an object are modified Transaction reasons are categorized into four transaction reason types (i.e. acquisition reasons, depreciation reasons, disposal reasons and depreciation method change reasons). You can specify whether a transaction reason belongs to a given transaction reason type by selecting the relevant check box in this window. e.g. you can select the Acquisition Reason check box for a transaction reason if you want to use it to record transactions relating to the acquisition of fixed asset objects.
