Use this tab to define a process FMEA header and to view, add, or change the information in it. A process FMEA header is the connection between a routing alternate and a function, or intended purpose of a part. It contains basic FMEA information such as FMEA type, status, and the user ID of the person who created the FMEA record. Each header can be associated with an FMEA checklist. This is a list of questions that you must check off before changing the status of the header from Created to Approved. From this window, you can right-click and open the Process FMEA Function window.
